• The scope and limits of the placement guidance service, consistent with the actual, counsel-reviewed business model and Texas Business & Commerce Code Chapter 121.
• Acceptable use of the website and its content (including the resource articles), and ownership of site content.
• Disclaimers regarding the accuracy of third-party information referenced on the site (such as licensing status), with a pointer to Texas HHSC as the authoritative source for current facility license information.
• Limitation of liability language appropriate to a referral/placement business, reviewed for enforceability under Texas law.
• Governing law and how disputes are handled.
• A review date and the name of the person/role responsible for keeping these terms current.

Why this is gated

Because this business is a referral agency as that term is used in Texas Business & Commerce Code Chapter 121, the terms of use need to be consistent with that statute’s requirements — including the individualized, written referral disclosure required at the time of each actual referral (see /referral-disclosure and LEGAL_LAUNCH_GATES.md). An attorney needs to confirm this page matches the business’s actual operating model before it is published as final.
